병원데스크에서 간호사가 아니고 단순 문서 및 접수 관련 업무만 하는 사람들을 뭐라고 부르는지 아시는 분 댓글 부탁드립니다.

그리고 병원데스크에서 근무하기 위해서 필요한 자격 요건이 어떻게 되나요 ??

병원데스크에서 근무하시는 분들이 9급 지역 공무원 보다 쉽고 속어로 꿀 빠는 것 같네요...

6시 칼퇴근에 환자 개무시하고.. 환자 말 듣는 둥 마는 둥 핸드폰이나 보고 있고... 결제 금액은 나몰라라... 항상 불친절하다... 

받는 만큼 일한다라고 한다면 그녀들의 급여는 최저시급인가요?

병원데스크 직업의 진로 방향도 궁금해집니다.. 그 이후에는 어떤 직종에서 일하게 되나요??

(You may feel it is sarcasm or kinda swear but it is true curiosity.)

I wonder why they are truly needy in working place and why they are always indifferent to patient ?

Is it right attitude and behavior to patient ? It makes patients get more angry and more vulerable.

I could understand that work-part is an emotional labor and it's quite hard to maintain pretty and smile face all day everyday as 

they are not entertainer ! But Muhfawkahs ! This is labor what you want ! So you should bitches do your best hoes !

Do not excuse, attrbuting patients ! I cannot understand why you selected this job as your job, even this job is not fitted with you and also you hate it !

Please remind why you selected this job and remember the moment when you took a job interview to work here as a desk administration of yourselves !

And you should know fundamental muhfawkahs....How could you so heartless ? or non-intelligence?

You are workers in hospital... right? And cosmetic and chemical products that you use everyday is not good for patients who need blood or 

breathing air. How could you make-up in your seat mercilessly ? 

I want to know that is a problem only existing in Korea. Actually, I didn't experience abroad hospitals yet. 

It is serious problem... Government should be intervened in this shit and fire all of muhfakhas who don't have any thoughts of it. shit...

Everybody works as this shit should dismissed !!!!! FUCk YOu all hoes ! There are not a place that you make-up and chat shit all.

A kind of these workers are not only in local but every hospitals ! Especially comprehensive hospitals ! What the fuck !

The bigger hopsitals, the less politeness ? or The bigger hospitals, less paid ?

오늘 또 나는 바보 같은 짓을 했다..

기숙사 입주를 위해 건강검진 ( 혈액검사, 소변검사, 흉부X선 검사 등등) 을 하게 되는데 나는 몇 개월전 소변검사, 혈액검사는 했다.

그래서 흉부X선 검사만 하면 되기에 흉부X선 검사만 해주십쇼

병원에 가서 기숙사 가니까 흉부X선 검사 해주십쇼. 라고 하니까 알겠다 라고 하더라. 그리고 20,000원을 결제하고 검사를 시작하러 갔다.

그래서 검사를 하는데 갑자기 피를 뽑겠다고 한다. 아니 이런 미친놈이 !

흉부X선 검사만 한다고 임상병리사야 ! 하니까 

"어... 기숙사 가려면 피를 뽑아야 되는데... 학생 학교 어디로 가요..?" 왈왈 거리고 있는거다... 그래서 답답해서

데스크에서 X선만 찍는다고 했다고 !! 피는 다른데서 다 뽑았다고 !! 

"아... 그래요..? 제가 데스크에서 다시 확인할게요.."

"방금 말하고 왔다고 뭘 확인해 !!"

그래서 20,000원 결제를 취소하고 X선 검사만 하고 나왔다..

그런데 이 병원이 사기를 치나... X선만 찍고 결제를 다시 하는데 30,000원을 결제 도와주겠다고 하는거다...

어떻게 이럴 수가 있나? 그래서 20,000원 다시 결제 하고 나왔다..

병원데스크에서 일하는 여자분들의 자격조건이 정말로 궁금하다... 주 40시간 동안 카톡, 전화, 과자 먹으면서 월급받는 사람이 얼마나 되나?

나도 정말 하고 싶을 정도다... 공무원이 따로 없다.. 진심이다.. 모든병원이 이렇지는 않을테지만 내가 가본 대부분 병원은 이런 것 같다.. (치과, 비뇨기과 제외..특히 종합병원)

결론 : 미리 병원에 전화할 때 부터 기숙사 입주 하려고 건강검진 하러 왔습니다. 라고 했을 때 잘 알고 있는 병원으로 가라..

그리고 병원보다 지역의 보건소를 추천하다 비용이 크게 1/4 저렴하다.

그리고 데스크에서 정말 답답하면 주장을 끝까지 해라... 진짜 답답하다.

그리고 동네병원은 자제하자... 이런 병원에서 실력없는 의사들 만나면 정말 답답하다.. 서울대, 연대 출신이나 인터넷에서 찾아봐서 좋은 곳으로..
