let me teach you how to overcome the 'Slump'


Slump we know may include many symptoms like depression, laziness, dizziness... et cetera.

To overcome this symptoms, we have to know what causes those first. 


Why slump occurs?

slump occurs when one lost one's confidence and when one's inferiority roars. Therefore, not to being jealous of someone is important and it is one of solutions to overcome the slump.


How to overcome the slump?

1. inhale and exhale deeply

while doing this, I think we better think it meditation, throw away all the distracting thoughts and just being natural. By meditating, we could release all the bad feelings and thoughts, and inhale fresh air and refresh the mind. (highly recommend to do meditation in area that no one can disturb and interrupt such as quiet room ..


2. do work-out

dong work-out helps you to relieve all the bad minds and refresh your thoughts. If you do not have any your own work-out subject, just run on the street !  When we run as fast as we can on the street or wherever, according to Physical Education's analysis, we can feel 'Runner's High' that makes you feel greater than ever!  An expert said why marathoners can stop running is because of 'Runner's High'. Hope you feel Runner's High once before the day you die! I truly bet it is going to make you fall into love with 'Runner's High'.


3. clap as hard as you can

When you do not know what to do and just feel stressed and feel bad, just clap as hard as you can. It also helps you to get rid of stresses. 


4. being a regular-man.

regular sleeping is good to relieve stress, but being a couch-potato on the sofa and doing nothing except for breathing makes you lazy and stresses will be stacked up unlikely to your suppose.

However being a regular-man does not mean 'go hard', when you plan your time-table keep it simple and plan necessary plans first. you do not need to be a go-getter at first. alright?


5. have a one hobby as least!

For someone, I know, it can be not easy to have one. However having one your own hobby you love to do is always helpful when you get stressed really hard. The hobby does not need to be special one, no matter what the hobby is as long as it helps you to feel better. To find your own hobby, do not put much effort into at first, because hobby will come to you and you can naturally find one living everyday life. There will be one moment that you can say 'That is it!', and make that yours. aighttt?
