How Not To Be Healthy
The purpose of writing this post is to say that writer wants you to be healthy . Me, writer has been hospitalized for a week just because of bad habit of eating. You will understand what writer is saying, reading until the end.
I used to like eating cheap food whatever the food tastes just because food is cheap. I was and am still broke as hell so I have always been thinking that eating cheap food is only way I can save my money to maintain my life. However, it actually helped in reducing my life expectancy since it works much in my stomach in a bad way.
Since I was broke I didn't have enough money to spend more than 3,000 won for a meal. That's the beginning of how I started cooking in home.
The cheap foods that I liked to eat were definitely Ramyeon and cooked rice. Once I buy 5kg rice at the mart near my house, it used to take a month eat it all. I thought I saved enough money by eating cheap foods but actually hospital fees costed me a lot more than I have saved. Ever since I was hospitalized recently, I avoid eating fast food as much as possible. I don't eat hamburgers. I don't eat Ramyeon.
