편의점 점장을 해고시킨 알바 / The CVS Staff Who Kicked Out the Owner

점장은 불법 기부 상자를 만들어서 손님들이 잔돈이 남을 때 넣도록 유도했다. 그리고 나는 점장이 기부하는 모습을 본 적이 없다. 물론 직접 물어본 적도 없고 (물어봤다가는 짤릴까봐) 크게 신경 쓰지도 않았다. 그런데 어느 날 기부금 통에서 자기가 자기 매장에 껌 사먹는 것을 보고 절대 기부 용도로 만들어진 게 아니라는 것을 알아챘다. The CVS Owner put illegal donation box on the counter at CVS and enticed customers to put their coins into the box when they have coins as changes. And of course, I have never seen the owner donating to somewhere because he doesn't. One day I have seen him put out a few coins out of the box and bought a gum by himself at his CVS.

And the pictures above are the legislation about the donation. In South Korea, all the individual donations must be registered(?) / informed(?) by the government organization. And since the owner put the fake donation box by himself without any purpose and permission from the government organization, it is obvious illegal. So what I am saying is I sued the owner when I quitted my job at here haha. I do not know how it went because I did not care at all after left the job, but hope he realized he were doing wrong. 위에 사진들은 기부금에 관한 법률인데 필자가 말하고자 하는 것은 개인적으로 기부를 하거나 모금을 하는 것은 사전에 신고를 해야 하며, 목적과 기간 등 정확한 정보가 없으면 불법이다. 그래서 필자는 알바를 그만둘 때 점장을 신고했다. 그 이후에 그가 어떻게 됐는지는 모른다.
