I've Seen a Cat Died on the Street

I have seen a died cat on the random street. Since I am not in intersted in any animal I didn't know why the cat died. But I think it's not homocide.

Since I am not a pet person, I was supposed to just pass the dead body but I couldn't. Of course, I could pass but couldn't because I felt like it is not a problem if I am a pet person or not, but it was a problem how conscious I am.

When I saw the cat's eyes I thought this one was alive. I checked his heartbeat and found that heart was not beating anymore so I called the cop but the cop who received my phone call said "Better call officials or firefighter". I called fire station and a firefighter said "You better call officials because it ain't my job". I was very upset but since I wanted to help burying this kid at silent place I kept calling to somewhere I could ask help. I called city hall and the officer said "Tell me the place where the cat is lying" so I answered where it was. They didn't come, however, no matter how many times I call. I realized how stupid officers are and how indifferent in what they do.

I gave up helping this kid and went home. Still feel bad for this cat but hope this kid buried in somewhere silent and nice so this cat can't hear the sound of people.

I know my English post sounds iffy and writing is not perfect since English is not my mother-tongue. But please correct if I am wrong :) Thank you.
