편의점 알바의 고충 / 편의점 알바 진상 손님들

편의점 내부에서 음주는 금지이다. 편의점에서 손님이 음주를 하면 편의점주에게 책임이 있다. 그래서 음주를 절대 막아야 한다. 나는 편의점에서 알바를 하고 있는 입장이었고 손님들이 음주를 하면 무조건 밖에서 마시라고 당부했다. 그런데 택배 기사 아저씨들은 편의점 알바가 20대 ~ 30대처럼 보이니까 존중은 없고 무시하고 편의점 내부에서 음주를 했다. 저 아저씨들이 왜 저렇게 말도 안 듣고 저러는지 이해가 안 됐다. 대한민국은 대체적으로 법을 무시하는 경향이 강한 것 같다. 경찰들이 훈방조치를 많이 하기도 하고 큰 사건 외에는 맡지 않으려는 상황이 많다 (실제로 편의점 알바를 하다가 어떤 취객이 소주병을 깨고 필자를 조금 밀쳐서 경찰에 신고했더니 상황도 제대로 듣기 전에 선처하는 게 어떻겠냐고 물었다). 

Drinking alcohol inside of CSV is illegal. If an owner of CSV allows customers to drink alcohol in CSV, all the responsilbilities go to the CSV. Thus, if you see anyone drinking alcohol in CSV you have to kick them out as soon as you see them. I was working at CSV and if I see someone trying to drink in CSV I always tell them to go out and drink. Since I look like younger than really I am, however, drunkards always ignore what I am saying to them. I don't understand why people do not follow the rules that all we have. One more problem that Korea has is police officers do not give up crap about this. What they have to do is finding out the people who do shit and fine them or jail them, but they are nice to them.

냉장고 위에서 식사를 하면 안되고, 편의점 내부에서 음주를 하면 안 된다고 해도 택배 기사 아저씨들이 하는 말은 자기가 여기서 편의점 음식을 샀으니까 자신은 어디서 먹어도 문제 될 것이 없으니 그냥 조용히 내 일이나 하라고 했다. 대한민국은 갑을을 심각하게 따지고 법을 안 지키는 사람들이 매우 많다.
