K-MOOC is Lame

케이무크는 정말 비추천

지금 듣고 있는 K-MOOC 케이무크 강좌가 있다. 어떤 강좌라고 말하면 명예훼손이나 모욕죄 같은걸로 고소당할까봐 무서워서 언급은 못하겠다. 어찌됐든 유명한 대학교에서 나온 강의는 아니다. 필자는 대학 이름을 그렇게 따지지 않는데 유명한 대학교에서 나온 강의일수록 짜임새 있고 내용이 더 알찬 것을 느낄 수 있다. 위에 강의 TA랑 교수 프로필을 보면 이메일이 어디를 봐도 공개되지 않았다. 질문이 있으면 이메일을 하라고 하지만 이메일을 알려주지 않았다. 이메일을 물어보려고 해도 이메일 외에 다른 연락처를 남기지 않았다. 질문할 방법이 없다. K-MOOC 안에 Discussion 가서 질문을 하면 되지 않냐고요? Discussion에 이미 이메일을 알려달라고 질문을 했지만 강의 관계자는 Discussion을 잘 확인하지 않는 것 같다. I am currently taking a course in K-MOOC. Actually this course is not filmed by one of top schools in South Korea. Anyways I don't discriminate or I don't put aside not well-known universities but I found that lectures from top schools are tend to be more well structured and its contents is much better and helpful in studying. One day I had a question and was about to ask it to TA but I could not find her / his email address in course information. I was like "What..." If you have to take a course from K-MOOC, I highly recommend you to take a course from the top schools. Taking a course from unknown professor or schools is like wasting time.

수강계획도 없다. 어디를 찾아봐도 볼 수 없다. 매주 매주 올라오는 강의가 곧 수업정보이자 수강계획이다. 미리 수강계획을 학인할 수 없다는 것이 참으로 놀라웠다. There were no even syllabus that students can check ahead. The course uploaded every week is a course information at the same time it is syllabus. I was just surprised that students can't check the syllabus ahead before registration.

Despite of facts that I sorted above, why I am taking this course is because this course is only lecture that handles about IoT among K-MOOC lectures. As you can see the picture right above, I did labs and posted on debate board but they don't mark at all. I was about to ask if anyone is conducting the course but you know I don't have their contacts at all. I can't even ask who is managing the course. I can't ask anything though there are a lot I want to ask. This is the reality of K-MOOC. 위에 나열한 사실에도 불구하고 케이무크 강의를 수강하는 이유는 지금 수강하고 있는 강의가 케이무크 안에서 IoT를 다루는 유일한 강의이다. 필자는 랩도 했고, 디베이트 (토론) 글도 하라는대로 올렸지만 누가 채점하는지 채점 방법은 어떻게 되는지 알 길이 없다. 그래서 TA에게 물어보려고 했는데 아차 이메일도 모른다. 이메일을 알려달라고 해도 Discussion 에서는 관리자 조차 보이지 않는다. 누가 이 강의를 관리하는지 도저히 알 수가 없다. 어떻게 이렇게 무책임한 강의가 있을 수 있는지 믿을 수 없다.
